1. About This Platform
This website is a booking platform operated by the platform operator on behalf of Dykeall Ellis Jamaica Tours. The platform handles booking coordination, guest communication, and payment processing. Travel and tour services are planned, organised, and delivered in Jamaica by Dykeall Ellis Jamaica Tours (the "operator").
By submitting a booking request through this platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Booking Process
All bookings follow this process:
- Guest submits a booking request through this platform.
- The platform operator reviews the request and may contact the guest for clarification.
- Upon approval, a Stripe payment link is sent to the guest to collect the deposit.
- Payment of the deposit constitutes confirmation of the booking.
- The operator contacts the guest with full service details prior to the activity date.
- The remaining balance is paid in cash in Jamaica on the day of service.
Submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability or confirmation. Confirmation is only established upon payment of the deposit and receipt of a confirmation email.
3. Deposits and Payment

- Deposits are paid online via Stripe and processed in USD.
- The deposit is a booking coordination fee. It does not represent full or partial payment for the activity itself.
- The remaining balance for all services is paid in cash directly to the operator in Jamaica on the day of service.
- Guests are responsible for arriving with the correct cash balance in USD. The operator does not provide change or process cards on-site.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation by the guest
- More than 48 hours before the activity: Deposit refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Within 48 hours of the activity: Deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. Cancellations are not accepted by phone or WhatsApp alone.
- The 48-hour window is calculated from the confirmed activity start time in Jamaica local time (Eastern Standard Time / UTC-5).
Cancellation by the operator
- If the operator cancels a confirmed booking for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full within 5 to 7 business days.
- Where possible, the platform operator will work with the guest to reschedule the service.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or public health emergencies. In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and travel information at the time of booking. Errors in submitted information that affect service delivery are the guest's responsibility.
- Guests must be reachable by email and/or WhatsApp in the days leading up to the activity.
- Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the confirmed pickup time. Missed pickups due to late arrival are not refundable.
- Guests are responsible for having the correct cash balance in USD ready on the day of service.
- All guests must comply with applicable Jamaican laws and regulations during service delivery.
6. Platform and Operator Liability
The platform operator provides booking coordination services only. The platform is not a travel agent, tour operator, or insurer.
- The platform operator is not liable for acts, omissions, or performance of the operator in Jamaica.
- The platform operator is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft, damage to property, or any other incident occurring during service delivery in Jamaica.
- The operator's liability for service delivery is subject to applicable Jamaican law.
- Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance prior to travel.
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this platform or the services booked through it.
7. Third-Party Services
This platform uses third-party services including Stripe for payment processing and Google Analytics for site analytics. Use of this platform is also subject to the terms of these third-party providers. The platform operator is not responsible for the policies, practices, or performance of third-party services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from use of this platform or from payment transactions processed through it, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established.
Service delivery in Jamaica is subject to applicable Jamaican law. The platform operator makes no representations regarding Jamaican consumer protection or travel legislation.
9. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this platform or submission of a booking request after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
