2. What We Collect

When you submit a booking request, we collect the following personal information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Hotel name and location zone
• Travel dates and group size
• Special requests (free-form text you choose to provide)
• IP address at the time of form submission

If you use the live chat widget on this site, additional data may be collected by Crisp (our chat provider), including your IP address, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, pages visited during your session, and any information you voluntarily provide in the chat (such as your name, email, or profile picture). Chat conversations are stored on Crisp's servers. See Section 4 for details.

We do not collect or store credit card numbers or full payment details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

3. Why We Collect It

Personal information is collected and used for the following purposes:

• Processing and confirming your booking
• Communicating booking status, itinerary details, and pickup information
• Coordinating service delivery with the operator in Jamaica
• Processing your deposit payment via Stripe
• Internal scheduling via Google Calendar

We do not use your information for marketing without explicit consent, and we do not sell personal data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Processors

To operate this platform we work with a small number of trusted third-party service providers. Each one handles a specific function and receives only the data needed to perform that function.

Your booking information is stored securely on cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States. Your name, email address and deposit amount are shared with our payment processor solely to complete your transaction. No full card details are ever stored on our servers.

Transactional emails such as booking confirmations and reminders are delivered through a dedicated email delivery provider. Your name and email address are shared for this purpose only.

Internal scheduling is coordinated through a calendar service. Basic booking details including your name, email and travel dates are used to create the relevant entries.

This platform is hosted on a cloud deployment service. Server request logs and IP addresses are retained by that provider as part of standard hosting operations.

We use an analytics tool to understand how visitors navigate this site. The data collected is anonymised and includes pages visited, device type and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is included.

A live chat tool is available on this site. If you use it, the provider may collect your IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, pages visited during your session and any information you choose to share in the chat window. Chat conversations are stored by that provider under their own privacy policy.

All third-party providers are selected for their security standards and data protection practices. We do not sell personal data to any third party.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function (session state, form security). These are set automatically and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies (GA4): Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how visitors navigate this site. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Live chat cookies (Crisp): Crisp sets cookies to maintain your chat session, identify returning visitors, and store conversation history. These cookies may persist beyond your current session. Crisp also collects your IP address, approximate location, and browsing behaviour on this site independent of any direct interaction with the chat widget.

6. Data Retention

Booking records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for business and financial compliance purposes. IP address logs are retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention purposes.
